Dr. Francois De Paul Nkombou

After holding the position of VP of Internal Audit and Risk Management (Chief Audit Executive – CAE and Chief Risk Officer – CRO) for a publicly traded leading Canadian company in construction products and solutions, Francois de Paul Nkombou is currently the vice chairman of the board, chairman of the audit committee, chairman of the committee on compensation, on executives and deans of the Université du Québec à Montréal also known as UQAM. He is also Founder and President of Diaspo Services & Products.

Holder of a Doctorate degree in business administration, with a major in Finance, CPA, auditor, CA, Francois has a versatile and unique combination of knowledge and skills, acquired through solid experience gained in leadership roles including as vice-president of a publicly listed company, as a company corporate director, as a university lecturer in auditing, finance, and accounting (graduate and undergraduate degrees) and in entrepreneurship in Canada, France and Africa.
