Dr. Francois De Paul Nkombou

Dr. Francois de Paul Nkombou, CPA auditor, CA, PhD, previously VP of Internal Audit and Risk Management for a leading Canadian construction company, and served as vice chairman of the board and chairman of audit and compensation committees at UQAM. He is CEO of Diaspo Finance Canada, and founder of Diaspo Services & Products. He was recently appointed as Audit Committee Chair for the City of Laval, Housing Office.

Holder of a Doctorate degree in business administration, with a major in Finance and accounting, CPA, auditor, CA, Francois has a versatile and unique combination of knowledge and skills, acquired through solid experience gained in leadership roles including as vice-president of a publicly listed company, as a company corporate director, as a university lecturer in auditing, finance, and accounting (graduate and undergraduate degrees) and in entrepreneurship in Canada, France and Africa.
