The Black Opportunity Fund Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Award will open the door to an exceptional education for a Black Canadian student who has outstanding academic and leadership qualifications but who may not otherwise be able to attend UBC. Join us in sending a powerful message to a young Black student about their future and the promise it holds.

Donor Support

UBC will match gifts 1:1 up to the fundraising goal of $40,000.

Give to the Black Opportunity Fund Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Award.

Your gift will help create a pathway for a new generation of leaders that better reflect Canada’s rich diversity. Donor support is crucial to empowering the next generation of Black leaders.* Thank you for considering a gift to help give Black students access to a life-changing education.

*Full funding is required to establish the award. If the fundraising goal is met in part, then funds raised will be directed to the general Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Award.
