Sandra Rosier

Sandra Rosier is a fluently bilingual senior tax and legal professional with more than 20 years of international experience advising on complex cross-border taxation, investment structures, and global risk management. She has held leadership roles at marquis organizations, bringing a practical and policy-informed perspective to global capital deployment.

Sandra is the Founder and Principal of Rosier Consulting Inc., which delivers strategic tax and risk management advice to clients that include pension funds, global asset managers, and financial institutions.  Sandra is also a seasoned career coach who centers the perspective of women and racialized professionals in her work.

Previously, Sandra served as Global Head of Tax at BGO, overseeing tax strategy for an $80-billion global real estate platform. Prior to that, she spent eight years at CPP Investments as Managing Director of Tax, with a focus on private equity and capital markets.

Sandra began her career in private practice at top-tier law firms in Canada and the U.S., where she advised on cross-border M&A and corporate tax matters, following a clerkship at the Supreme Court of Canada. She holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and is licenced to practice in Ontario and Massachusetts.

Sandra serves on several boards and committees, including the Audit & Finance and Investment Committees of St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation, and Chair of West Toronto Community Legal Services. She is also an Executive Fellow and course instructor at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law’s Board Director Certification Program.
