Earl Davis

Earl Davis has over  30  years of global fixed income and currencies  experience. He  is  currently  the Head of Fixed Income and Money Markets  at  BMO Global Asset Management, where he has responsibility for over $45 billion in fixed income  investments. Prior to joining BMO GAM, Earl led  Fixed Income and  Currencies  at  Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan  where he had oversight over the Global Fixed Income mandates and Total Fund currency exposures.

Earl Davis has been actively involved in the Black community throughout his life including being a BlackStarr Big Brother and Board and volunteer involvement with both Tropicana Community Services  and the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals. He is also a current  Board  member  of  the  Montreal Community Cares Foundation, which focuses on building resilient  youth through the power of sports, education and community.

Earl  is a  Chartered Director and CFA holder and has an executive MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
